Redesigned front seats minimize pressure peaks, increase support and have improved heating and cooling systems. The F Sport has special, wide-bolstered seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters, and aluminium trim.

The interiors also feature power rear seats with and a Rear Seat Entertainment System featuring a Blue-ray DVD player, an SD card slot and a retractable, ceiling mounted, 12.3″ EMV Hi Resolution Screen.

Safety is given high importance in the LS F Sport. A Pre-Crash Safety system with Collision Avoidance Assist helps avoid or mitigate collisions with vehicles and pedestrians under a wide range of city and highway speeds and avoid accidents by automatically bringing the LS to a full stop.

Lane-Keep Assist, Blind Spot Monitor are there to protect easily distracted drivers. An automatic high beam system detects light sources in front of the vehicle and dims the high beam headlights appropriately.

A standard Lexus Audio System is a Mark Levinson with a nine channel amplifier, 19 speakers, DVD player changer, MP3 sound enhancement, HD Radio with and enhanced Bluetooth capability.

The optional Mark Levinson Reference Surround System provides a 5.1 home theatre surround with 7.1 architecture.
